Symptom
Service Key Unrecognized See Long Description The FE's service key is unrecognized by the system since the Operator Workspace PC was replaced. The new FRU PC is part number 2284297. The FE replaced the PC with the same part number but this didn't fix the problem. He submitted iTrak # 13186389.
