When acquiring using the Command Line Window (CLW) the count rate is less than expected during the PHA portion of Daily QC or Weekly QC on the VG acquisition station.
Symptom
When acquiring using the Command Line Window (CLW) the count rate is less than expected during the PHA portion of Daily QC or Weekly QC on the VG acquisition station. The peak itself looks normal, but the count rate seems much too low for the source being used. Static images look good and the PHA screen in the static acquisition shows the correct count rate.
