Symptom

Getting GPM errors on all 3-axis. Customer cannot scan and getting GPM errors on all 3-axis indicating power was off.

2241508 The GIP is reporting ? Axis GPM Power Off Wed Jun 30 07:42:27 2004 Error: 2241508 Host: SJHMR Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:GAP/GIP/GP Line: 303 The GIP is reporting X Axis GPM Power Off. If all 3 axes are reporting this fault, check the GPM Power Supply circuit breakers and cables. Check GPM fuses and the cable between the GIP and the GPM.

2225703 MDS link failure. The MDS fiber optic link appears to be broken between the Gradient and the RF cabinets.
