Def8000 XRd2X The Customer is unable to print films from the Digital Rad system due to a corrupt printer configuration file.
Symptom
Def8000 and XRd2X The customer is unable to print films from the Digital Rad system. Customer is unable to print films from the Digital Rad system. When the thumbnail image of the file to be printed is dragged to the Film Composer, the icon changes from a normal image to a circle with a line thru the circle. This icon indicates that he printer is not available.
Error message
Def8000 XRd2X The film thumbnail image will change to a circle with a slash thru it when dragged if the printer is not a good configuration.
