Symptom
Customer cannot perform on demand reconstructions. RCP Service tools cannot be accessed. Customer cannot perform on demand reconstructions. RCP Service tools cannot be accessed with error The page cannot be displayed The Web Link between the OC and the RCP Computer does not work. This causes an error message when attempting to open the RCP Service page by double-clicking the Internet Explorer icon on the OC Desktop. The same error message is seen if the customer attempts to reconstruct a study using the Re-Recon Button on the Scan Tool.
