2225714 Power Monitor 2 Fault. RF Transmit Power has reached Safety limit Allowed for scan Parameters and Patient Weight. See long description Thu Apr 15 11:50:19 2004 Error: 2225714 Host: lx-mr Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:spi_pm_log_error Line: 100 Power Monitor 2 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. amplitude: 255 pulse width: 07 duty cycle: 02 Fault in head amplitude. If you need to confirm the source of the fault, reset the power monitor and repeat the scan. This could also occur when power cycling SSM.
