Millennium VG Illustrated Spare Parts Catalog Release 1.0 CD Using the Millennium VG Illustrated Catalog Following are general instructions for using the illustrated Millennium VG catalog. 1. To open the catalog, double click the MAIN.pdf file. The System View of the catalog is opened, showing the various modules and accessories list. 2. In the opened catalog, beside the navigating tools provided by the Acrobat Reader: a. Clicking a blue faced string opens a lower level drawing. b. Clicking a magenta faced title opens a higher level drawing. c. Clicking the [ FRU ] button opens the first page of the FRUs (Field Replaceable Units) List. d. Clicking the [ SYSTEM VIEW ] button reverts to the first page of the catalog (System View). 3 . In the FRUs list: a. Each FRU is allocated an entry in the FRUs list. b. An FRU included in several modules, and therefore in various drawings, is allocated several entries, one entry per each drawing. e.g., Microswitch S 003000010 , which serves as the Limit Switch in various motion axes. b . The items in the FRUs list are arranged in ascending order of the ELGEMS part numbers. c . Clicking any blue faced entry opens the drawing in which the corresponding item is illustrated. d. The buttons at the upper part of the screens can be used for fast leafing through the list. e.g., clicking the [ 560 ] button will display the screen with the first part number that starts with 560. e. Clicking a button located at the bottom part of the screens will switch the display to the indicated location.
