1.0T LX has no suppression of CSF signal when performing a T2 FLAIR scan.
Symptom
MRIQ No Suppression of CSF signal when performing a T2 FLAIR scan. see long description The system is a 1.0T LX. The issue here was no suppression of CSF signal when performing a T2 FLAIR scan. This was very repeatable, not at all intermittent. All other imaging at this site was good. Replaced the CERD Exciter, the IPG, and then the entire CERD complete, none of which made any difference to this problem. See the attached image examples for more details on this issue.
