Symptom
MRIQ MRSPT Ghosting on images and Head FSE and FGRE stability fail see long description and attached file showing plots. The system is a 1.5T LX with SGD gradients. The Customer is seeing ghosting on scans. Primarily scans done with the Head coil. FE ran SPT and found the Head FSE and FGRE stability tests fail. Body FSE and FGRE stability passes.
