AUI can freeze when Millennium Genieacq scan is stopped manually or interrupted by collision or motion error with software 4.5.

Symptom

AUI can freeze when Millennium Genieacq scan is stopped manually or interrupted by collision or motion error with software 4.5. Problem seems to occur for scans that are set to terminate on time. PSDB NM Knowledge Session AUI can freeze when Millennium Genieacq scan is stopped manually or interrupted by collision or motion error with software 4.5. Problem seems to occur for scans that are set to terminate on time. The setup parameters are defined by software and include a termination detector combination of "Last" even though that is meaningless for the scans set to terminate on time. Interrupting the scan via any motion stops, collisions, or pressing "Stop" during a normal scan causes the AUI to appear to freeze. Typically if the operator will wait long enough the system will recover but could be several minutes depending on length of original scan time. This condition can be created by the user through the UI when modifying a scan that terminates on counts "Last" into one that terminates on time. The issue can seem very intermittent since it may not be using the same template for different scans and does not freeze if scan is not interrupted. The issue is specific to the template used for the scan.
