The system host name had an invalid character (the underscore) in it.
Symptom
Cannot DICOM Print to Kodak Camera. If the Profile console is connected directly to the camera, it will print. If the console is connected to the hospital network, images will not print. Ping reports the camera is alive.
Error message
14148 Invalid App Title for selected DICOM printer Error: 14148 Host: FLOSTAGING_2C Process: prsserver File: prsjob.c Line: 1013 Invalid App Title for selected DICOM printer
