Symptom
Def5000 The gantry elevation will only drive in low speed. The Def 5000 will only drive gantry elevation in low speed. Any high-speed drive or auto-positioning attempt of elevation will result in immediate halt of gantry and an error displayed on the touch screen “FATAL ERROR – HEIGHT POTENTIOMETER ERROR”. A system reset is required to recover. No error is reported in error log of Touchscreen or system error log viewed from SUIF on magic PC.
