Symptom
Def5000 The generator restore from backup CD never completes. When attempting to restore the Def 5000 generator from the backup CD, the positioner touch screen displays a backup/restore screen with the progress bar indicator stuck at approximately 10 % complete, and the Magic PC displays GENERATOR RESTORE IN PROGRESS. The restore never completes.
