In Definium serial products, which are using HP Magic, when performing system backup/restore, image data archiving and Protocol DB backup, the DVD-Combo recorder will sometimes fails to burn the CD-R media. To be dangerous, under this kind of situation, potentially there will be no any symptom and prompt while the data that should be archived will fail to be burn onto the CD-R disc, which may lead to a data loss after reinstall the whole system on Magic PC, no action can resolve this failure on site once data loss happened.
