P500D Aurora install startup issue
Symptom
P500 Aurora install startup issue: Error 1090115 (OTS I/O Node Guarding) in log. Operational problems: lat and long OTS locks won't release, vertical and angulation OTS locks free floating, OTS self test fails, Collimator alive test pass, Can Bus resistance and voltage checks pass. On OTS I/O board, test points for voltages failed for TP9=.6V(5.5V), TP17=.3V(5V), TP11= 1.5V(6V), TP12=0V (3.3V). FE had already replace I/O board assy.
Error message
P500D OTS IO node guarding error (1090115). 1090115 Recovery Class: WARNING Error Text: OTS IO node guarding error. Major Function Impacted: Pos Minor Function Impacted: DeviceGroup View Level: opr Root Cause: 1 Description: OTS IO is not responding. Indicates a CAN device or bus problem. Refer to the CAN bus block diagram. - If a single device is reporting an error, check that device, its power, and its cabling/connections. - If multiple device are reporting errors, check common cabling/connections and common power. - If all CAN devices are reporting errors, check common cabling/connections. Perform OTS, and CAN Bus and IO Board Diagnostics, reset system. If problem persists, replace IO Board. Also check/ replace the System Controller. Recommended Action(s): Retry or reset the system Customer Text (English): OTS I/O not alive. Retry or reset the system.
