Symptom

E-stop or collision error message on Genieacq when no collision or e-stop indicated on Gantry E-stop or collision error message on Genieacq when no collision or e-stop indicated on Gantry, no audible collision alarm. E-stop or collision error message on Genieacq when no collision or e-stop indicated on Gantry. Frequent "table/gantry collision" messages on PC screen but no audible alarm . Most frequent when in transition to preprogrammed gantry position but sometimes in idle mode . Errlog shows 'collision occurred' followed by 'collision cleared' messages. Example: When setting up for a tomo acquisition, the detectors rotate to the -90 degree position to permit lateral patient sizing. After positioning for the patient, the detectors drive out radial and begin rotating back to the 0 degree position for A/P sizing. At this time a pop-up message comes on the genieacq monitor screen indicating an E-stop or collision has occurred and to please clear the condition. The LEDs on the IPS indicate no such failure. Attempts to clear the pop-up error message are unsuccessful as they keep popping up.
