Low and unstable mA on an EBT C150

Symptom

Low and unstable mA on an EBT C150 Beam current is low, and fluctuates so that tuning is difficult. Gun conditioning and heating the cathode do not cure it. High voltage is stable as radius and timing look OK in TNM but the focus is poor. The Problem does not change with leak nitrogen pressure, and the ICE voltage test passes. Error message
