A particular Patient continues to come up in the Modality Work list even though this Patient was completed 3 weeks earlier See long description. LX system running 9.1 M4 software. The Customer noted that a patient they completed about 3 weeks earlier continues to come up in the Modality Worklist on the MR. The patient is not on the HIS Broker according to the Broker Engineer. The patient ID is 147216. I took a look at the PatInfo.db file in /usr/g/hisris and I do not see the patients name that they say should not be there. With this I think it is correct that the patient is not coming in the Broker response when the update the worklist on the MR.
