Check the gantry rotation speed voltage from the KGTSM PWB to the servo amplifier

Verify the voltage the KGTSM PWB sends to the rotation servo amplifier as the command corresponding to gantry rotation speed. This is a bench check performed with the servo cable disconnected, so the gantry rotation section is not driven during the measurement — you are reading a signal from the KGTSM, not commanding actual rotation.

Applies to
Activion16 (TSX-031A) gantry KGTSM PWB / rotation servo amplifier. No model- or revision-specific restriction is stated in source for this task.

Safety

NOTICE

Hazard: Leaving step 8 incomplete after finishing the voltage check — i.e. not reconnecting the servo cable to CN431 and/or not returning DSW10 (bits 1–2 OFF) and DSW4 (bit 1 ON) to their normal positions

Consequence: the KGTSM/servo amplifier is left in the bench-check configuration (servo cable disconnected, board addressed for test), so the rotation servo will not respond to normal commands

Avoidance: always complete step 8 in full before returning the gantry to service — source labels this restoration "always required" after the check
