Remove or mount the gantry side cover (right or left)
Take off (or refit) either Activion16 gantry side cover — the right or the left — to reach the GTS maintenance area behind it. It is one of the six cover-access tasks in this manual's maintenance-section map (§1.3) and is the documented access prerequisite for other procedures, including X-ray tube replacement and the emergency manual gantry tilt (see Related).
Applies to
Activion16 (TSX-031A). Applies to both the right and left gantry side covers — each uses the same 3× M4 fastening pattern.
