On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11014 indicates: Connector P35 not detected on the MEC board. The code originates in the MEC Board — Connector Detection section of the MEC Board. Severity level alarm (Alarm).

Reported action: Check whether connector P35 is correctly plugged into the MEC board and reseat it. If the fault stays after that, the failure is on the MEC board — power off the printer and replace it..
