HC11009Power supply has no serial connection to the MEC board

Agfa CT error code, reported by the MEC Board.

What HC11009 means

On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11009 indicates: Power supply has no serial connection to the MEC board. The code originates in the MEC Board — Connector Detection section of the MEC Board. Severity level alarm (Alarm).

Reported action: Plug in the connector on the MEC board, or check the cable from MEC/P25 to PSU/P4 — spare part A329160.x. If the serial connection is still missing, the failure is on the power supply or on the MEC board — power off the printer and replace the failing one..

Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 when the power supply has no serial connection to the MEC board. Catalogued in the appendix inside the HC11006-HC11014 connector-detection block, but with its own cure because the power supply is involved.
