Symptom
Unable to scan due to error code 2240311 FLT AC PHASE See long description. Lx 9.1 Base Horizon system with 8280 gradient amps logging error code 2240311 "FLT AC PHASE" after room got too hot when air conditioning was off. The room temperature is normal now but problem remains. This message also appears on the SCA display. Input phases are okay. FE checked and reseated the PSU Bus cable, but problem remains. These amps are also used on HFO systems.
