Symptom
Unable to Boot Octane Computer. Light Bar on Front Immediately Flashes Red see long description The Octane computer will not boot. There is no video output to the monitor either. The light bar on the front of the Octane computer immediately begins to flash red, slowly. At no time does it ever appear white in color.
