Symptom

Unable to Scan Using Invivo 7-Channel Breast Coil Customer unable to scan using the Invivo 7-Channel Breast Coil. When they try this they receive the error message shown in the Long Description. Note that Invivo's Operator manual for this coil used to direct the customer to use a modified "2_BREAST" coil config for this coil. A newer revision of their manual has different instructions. Also please note that GE does not service this coil as it is sold directly by Invivo to the customer. Customer unable to scan using the Invivo 7-Channel Breast Coil. Error message

2220007 The prescribed RF coil and detected RF coil do not match. Lower coil connect status refers to all PA coils / any coil using the lower port at the "dog house". Coil code should match that of what was detected (in this case the zeros were config'd as O and o (oh's - upper and lower case), and the number one following "ETIp" was an "I").
