Symptom

Cradle / IMS on GT1700 / GT2000 would not advance from home and makes grinding noise. See Long Description for more details and sound. Cradle / IMS on GT1700 / GT2000 would not advance from home and makes grinding noise This problem happen after moving a large patient off of the table, or after physically moving the IMS to it’s mechanical out of gantry limit (home). Attachment is the sound the table makes when the cradle move button is pushed. The button was pressed 2 times (2 sounds)

The old kit is no longer available. The old Kit part number will automatically change up to the number for the new kit: 5168472-2 . FE's are confused by the parts in the Kit and there are no installation instructions. FMI 26809 will be released with instructions: The Kit contains only one Bearing, but the Table has 2 Bearings. This is correct . The new Bearing is larger and as a result only one Bearing is required now. There are no instructions in the Kit on how to install all the parts.
