2225738 Power Monitor 2 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. amplitude: 40 pulse width: 33 duty cycle: 03 Fault in head amplitude. If you need to confirm the source of the fault, reset the power monitor and repeat the scan.
