Symptom
Modality Work list Schedule window will not open following a power issue at the site Site experienced a power issue where the /usr/g/hisris/WLFilterFile and/or the /w/config/WLSystem.cfg files were corrupted. The issues with these files were corrected remotely, but the techs could not confirm the fix because they were scanning at the time. Ultimately, when they were able to test the fix, the Schedule window did not open.
