Symptom
Gating does not work and the message The PAC does not respond displayed during system boot or TPS reset. This problem was found while installing this new system. Ran Diagnostics --> Peripherals --> PAC Diagnostics --> PAC Power up Test and SPU-->PAC Loop back Test, both of which failed with error codes 2254702 & 2254703. Measured PAC power at rear of SSM module and found it to be okay. This problem was found while installing this new system.
