The HFA Control Board was tripping the over temperature fault when a FIESTA-C scan was running.

Symptom

"Y-Axis Overtemperature Fault" Scanning FIESTA-C Protocol, Scan Aborts Unable to complete a FIESTA-C scan. Sequence>TE=minimum, Flip Angle=75, Band Width=62.5, Freq Matrix=384, Phase Matrix=256, NEX=2 FOV=20, SliceThickness=1, Locs per Slab=32 The scan aborted with error code 2244579 "The GP is reporting a Y Axis OverTemperature Fault. System will wait 5 minutes before attempting recovery.->. Changed Rx to FIESTA by copying FIESTA-C sequence (except for NEX so as to maintain the same scan time) and had no problem. The problem only occurs with FIESTA-C Unable to complete a FIESTA-C scan.
