2249150 T/R driver fault due to bad cable connector attached to head coil.
Symptom
Cannot Scan with Head T/R Driver Error. The system failed to scan either head or body scans. The SSM light indicated T/R Fault.
Error message
2249150 T/R driver fault, head path short. Possibly a shorted diode in the head T/R switch network, or a short circuit load.
