SubSystem=feServer; Service=connectServer; Param=null (9501 ERROR) Failed to send a command to one of the scanner servers (10003 ERROR) Empty input buffer; could not read buffer length. ERROR=Error in GantryServer d:\tacq\su\src\cpp\gantry\server\stretcheraxis\wrapdriver.cpp(134):: Error number => 65 = Disabled by SW. Motion could not begin because a switch programmed to abort motion was active when MO=1 was tried.
