Octane fan failed causing overheating.
Symptom
Octane Computer Panic Kernel Error Fault The SGI Octane computer won't boot to the login screen and shows panic kernel bus faults and codes on the host monitor. Light bar may or may not go from white to red and back to white again. Computer crashes, performs a core dump, and displays panic kernel error.
