Scan room temperature was warmer than normal.
Symptom
Will Not Scan With Patient Comfort Sensor Trip. See Long Description Patient comfort sensor trip; cannot scan due to bore sensor indicating temperature is too hot for patient safety. A message "Patient Comfort Sensor Trip" appears in the message box on the left side of the scan page at the start of autoprescan.
Error message
2248650 The patient comfort level is warmer than normal. The patient may be uncomfortable. Further increases in the temperature will inhibit scanning. 2248650 b4a NSP SCP:BoreTempSriHWO 987 The patient comfort level is warmer than normal. The patient may be uncomfortable. Further increases in the temperature will inhibit scanning. Verify: 1. Patient fan is ON. 2. Room temperature is normal. 3. Air flow through the bore is unobstructed.
