OrthoMRI The coil ID is not working on all coils.

See Long Description OLEs/RSE's are required to gather Coil Serial number and Part number and place the info in the Tech log box for Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: If the information is available to the customer without affecting their current work flow, the OLE should attempt to gather this information when the call is not split (paged) to the FE . Otherwise the OLE should state that " the coil or system is in use at time of call and the coil information is not currently accessible ". If the RFS is properly split it should link the next RFS and the FE would be able to provide this information. FEs are required to gather Coil Serial number and Part number and answer the Coil question in FEMC debrief where they will place the info in the PopUp Box. Error message

OrthoMRI Unknown Coil Error The system does not recognize the coil that is plugged in for use. The high failure part is the coil cable. If this error occurs on more than one coil, the mechanical swing arm cables is the next high failure part.
