Precision 500D Odetta System Error 3800106/Pediatric Mode item not Found
Symptom
P500D Odetta system, grid is always moving out of the FOV. On system boot, the grid properly moved into the FOV. Upon starting a digital exam, the grid would move out of the FOV. Checked the SUIF - Config - Options page to ascertain whether the Peds option was enabled or not. The Peds parameter was not properly displayed on the Options page. Instead of the normal YES/NO buttons, there was a line of text "Item not found" Additionally, error 3800106 (config error, missing pediatric parameter) was reported on digital exam start.
