Precision 500D Start Exam Failures
Symptom
P500D Selecting a patient (and pressing Start Exam) from the Work List adds that patient to the Patient List of the system you are working on. If the operator has to exit the exam for some reason, and then re-enter that exam (from the Work List), the operation will fail because the patient has already been added to the Patient List.
