Symptom
P500D Aurora lost the Diagnostic function in the Exclusive SUIF. This occurred after resetting the system due to a lock up while completing the Run In & Stability tests. FE attempted to restore the configurations, even completed a Load From Cold and restored the configuration, but the Diagnostic functions in Exc SUIF never reappeared.
