P500D What is the preferred option to replace defective printers in the field? The DAP dose printer sales option on P500D is S0910W. This has been the same S cat number through Aretha, Odetta and now Aurora. From memory the Epson TM-U330D used on Odetta was cabled into the IUI Venus console on a serial cable. The Aurora has a Magic PC and uses a USB connection.
