Revolution XRd2X (Lightning) Table Detector installed incorrectly, customer had to reverse images
Symptom
XRd2X QAP always failed. FE watched the tech do some studies and they reversed every image that they took. When he asked why they did this, they said that they had to because all images came out head to foot. Sent him a photo showing the Table Detector and how the Detector was installed into the Detector Housing.
