Symptom
OrthoMRI Automatic Coil ID Fails. Ortho MRI The customer cannot scan because the coil the type of coil being used is not recognized by the system. OrthoMRI The customer cannot scan because the coil the type of coil being used is not recognized by the system.
Error message
OrthoMRI Unknown Coil Error The system does not recognize the coil that is plugged in for use. The high failure part is the coil cable. If this error occurs on more than one coil, the mechanical swing arm cables is the next high failure part.
