The root cause has been narrowed down to either of two possibilities. Both the Buffer boards, 9BUF0104–C, as well as the Coax Connector Board, 5PWB0090–A, were found to produce this effect. They are both located, one per detector, within the detector housing. See Resolution 138549 for Notes
