Symptom
P500D Hardware: Spontaneous dark images may be seen when performing fluoro exams. Experiments indicate that this is likely caused by low reliability of the optics assembly, particularly by the jamming of the neutral density (ND) filter in the optics assembly of the system. If occurrence of dark images is spontaneous, it is NOT a problem related to the dose trajectories. Accompanying IUI error message 1100123 and/or 1100124 are seen in the service user-interface (SUIF).
