Precision 500D Incorrect SMPTE pattern brightness or contrast values (WW/WL)
Symptom
P500D Test tool: SMPTE pattern should always have brightness (WL) of 512 and contrast (WW) of 512 when viewed on the Precision 500d system. SMPTE pattern may open incorrectly with different values for WL/WW. This problem is 100% reproducible on all software versions immediately after a monitor calibration is performed and the system is rebooted. This problem may also occur in certain circumstances when images are loaded from CDROM or when WW/WL values are changed for another patient exam. This is less frequent.
