Symptom
Infinia system is not correctly recognizing the mounted collimator on BOTH detector heads Infinia Does not recognize collimator is mounted to detectors not reading collimator ID correctly. Infinia system is not correctly recognizing the mounted collimator on BOTH detector heads Infinia Does not recognize collimator is mounted to detectors not reading collimator ID correctly. Both detectors are reading the same type collimator, but the type was wrong. Installing a different set of collimators will show that a different set is on the system, but type is still incorrect.
