Symptom
Unable to Download Option Keys from eLicense with the False Error Message A connection could not be established to the system ( ) Unable to download any option keys from eLicense due to an emailed error message from eLicense, as follows: "A connection could not be established to the system ( )". Note: that is the exact message, the real System ID is not given. But we know eLicense can connect because we had just previously downloaded keys to this system from eLicense and we can connect (and are currently connected) via a VOLC InSite connection. Unable to download any option keys from eLicense due to an emailed error message from eLicense, as follows: "A connection could not be established to the system (<SYSTEM_ID>)". Note: that is the exact message, the real System ID is not given.
