Failed to determine hardware state for APS board within 20 seconds The board may be busy loading vxWorks or may be hung. Also check the serial cable for the board and the serial terminal server.

Communication Timed-out from AGP board. Verify that MCP820 boards are installed and seated properly for APS and AGP. Extended Error : MCP820 boards can be identified by the word MCP820 printed on the board extraction lever.
