Is it Possible to Remotely Remove Purchased Option Keys?

Is it Possible to Remotely Remove Purchased Option Keys See Long Description FE asked the OLC to remotely remove the "pps", or Performed Procedure Step option from the system, as the customer didn't use it and it was creating a conflict with the HIS/RIS broker. We can't remotely start the Guided Install GUI to be able to remove option keys the way one would on site. Is there a method to remotely perform this function, assuming that the FE authorized this action to be taken?
