EFFECTIVITY: All 1.5T and 3.0T Signa HDx (14.0) MR Systems. PROBLEM: Cat-6 Ethernet cables may have faulty connector crimps which can result in consistent or intermittent TPS Reset failures or VRE reconstruction slowdowns. If the TPS fails to reset the error log may indicate that failure resulted from a problem with the VRE hardware (ICN).
