Symptom
May the Network (NIC) Card be Moved from an HD 12x (HP8200) Host Computer to an HDx 14x (HP9300) Host Computer? FE is about to upgrade a system to 14x from 12x. He wants to try to save time and generate the 14x eLicenses now, using the hostid of the old computer (HP8200) which is resident on its network card, then walk the old network (NIC) card over to the new computer (HP9300) when it arrives so the options will still be valid. Can he or should he do this?
